Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, use My Golf Plan or use the concierge, we may receive your name, contact details, travel preferences, saved plan selections and the contents of your message.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond, prepare the requested travel brief, keep an appropriate record of the enquiry and protect the service from misuse.
Supplier contact
We do not represent an itinerary as confirmed until the relevant supplier has responded. Details are shared with suppliers only where needed to prepare or fulfil an approved request.
Optional conversion measurement
If you enable analytics in Cookie choices, this test site records first-party conversion events such as adding an item to My Golf Plan, opening the plan and the success or failure of an enquiry submission. Event records contain a page path and non-personal content identifiers only. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, dates, notes and form-field values are not included.
