Inside the stay

A contemporary resort with several ways to stay.

Hotel dossier

Room position matters here: the experience changes between sea view, golf outlook, direct pool access and the privacy of a villa.

The stay, considered in full

01

Sea, golf, swim-up and villa options

Published categories include 45 m² Superior Rooms, swim-up rooms, family layouts, lagoon accommodation and private villas. SirGolf Travel compares location and access rather than treating every room category as interchangeable.

02

Main dining, 24-hour bistro and specialist venues

The resort publishes a main restaurant, Cullinan Bistro operating around the clock, snack venues and à la carte concepts. Inclusion and reservation policies are confirmed against the selected room and board arrangement.

The complete hotel brief

Contemporary resort living wrapped around 36 holes

Cullinan Belek places a modern accommodation spectrum, beach and lagoon landscape beside the two-course Cullinan Links operation. The result is one of Belek's most integrated golf-resort propositions, with enough room variety to serve couples, families and villa guests very differently.

01

01 / Resort character

A contemporary estate where golf is part of the landscape

Cullinan's two courses, lagoons, river edge and resort buildings read as one connected destination.

The integration is especially useful for mixed parties. Golfers have a credible home programme, while companions can use the beach, pools, wellness and dining without feeling left behind at a specialist golf hotel. The modern visual language and swim-up inventory also distinguish it from Belek's older resort generation.

Scale still requires editing. SirGolf identifies the accommodation zone, daily movement and the specific course access before travel. A well-chosen room makes the resort feel fluid; a category selected only from photographs may create more walking or noise than expected.

Couples

Choose the water relationship carefully

A superior or swim-up room can deliver very different levels of privacy and resort energy.

Families

Balance separation with central access

Compare family layouts and pool safety before prioritising a direct-water category.

Golf groups

Build around two home courses

Use Aspendos and Olympos efficiently, then add only the external rounds that create contrast.

02

02 / Accommodation

Pool relationship is the key decision across a broad range

The published accommodation begins with compact roof rooms and extends through superior, swim-up, family and major villa categories.

A 45 sq m superior room offers a strong conventional base. Swim-up rooms change the daily pattern through immediate water access, while 70 sq m family and larger swim-up family products address separation. The 210 and 280 sq m villas are genuine residential choices rather than simple upgrades.

SirGolf confirms privacy, terrace orientation, shared-pool conditions, child access, bedroom layout and the distance to central facilities. Villa service and transport are checked by category. For groups, a coherent cluster can be more valuable than allocating different high categories across the estate.

03

03 / Dining and flexibility

Use the bistro as a safety net, not the whole plan

The resort combines a main restaurant, specialist concepts, snack venues and a 24-hour bistro.

Cullinan Bistro is particularly valuable for late arrivals, early departures and golfers returning outside conventional meal times. The broader culinary offer can then provide the destination evenings. SirGolf recommends selecting two or three priorities based on cuisine and atmosphere rather than filling every night with a reservation.

Specialist access, supplements, seasonal opening and dress expectations can change. We verify them for the booked concept. Villa guests should also distinguish restaurant privileges from any in-villa dining or butler service, which may follow separate conditions.

04

04 / Cullinan Links

Aspendos and Olympos create two distinct home rounds

The shared 110-hectare golf site uses 119 bunkers, ten lakes and the Besgoz River across its 36 holes.

Aspendos is a par-72 arrangement with a conventional balance of par threes and par fives. Olympos is a par-71 routing with six par threes and five par fives, producing a more unusual scoring rhythm. Together they provide variety without a hotel transfer.

Floodlit play may be available on selected holes and dates, but operation is not assumed. SirGolf confirms course allocation, tee colour, buggy policy, range use and any night-golf possibility. External rounds can be added after the two home courses have a clear place in the sequence.

05

05 / Beach, family and villa pace

The resort supports parallel days exceptionally well

Golf, beach, pool and family plans can happen simultaneously without requiring the whole party to leave the estate.

Families should choose between central access and the appeal of a swim-up category. Couples can preserve calm through room orientation and selected spa or beach time. Villa guests gain privacy, but should still decide when they want to reconnect with the main resort.

SirGolf sets shared meals and meeting points before travel, particularly for large groups. Premium beach spaces, spa appointments, cabanas and seasonal programmes are confirmed separately. An open afternoon prevents the range of facilities from turning into an obligation.

06

06 / SirGolf view

A leading choice for modern integrated golf travel

Cullinan Belek is best for travellers who want contemporary accommodation and two credible courses within the same resort world.

It serves families, couples and private groups especially well because accommodation can be calibrated from efficient rooms to major villas. Guests seeking a compact hotel or mature woodland course atmosphere may prefer another base, although those course styles can be added externally.

The SirGolf file confirms room location, pool access, villa service, dining conditions and every Cullinan Links inclusion. Dynamic pricing, maintenance, floodlit operation and packages are validated for the requested dates rather than embedded as permanent facts.

Water access

Understand whether the selected pool relationship is private, shared and child-suitable.

Course identity

Plan Aspendos and Olympos as different rounds rather than interchangeable slots.

Flexible meals

Use the 24-hour option around travel while protecting selected specialist dinners.

Questions before booking

Practical answers, without brochure assumptions

Are both Cullinan Links courses on site?

They form the resort's immediate golf environment. SirGolf still confirms the exact hotel-to-club movement, tee-time allocation and bag arrangements for the booked dates.

What is the difference between Aspendos and Olympos?

Aspendos follows a conventional par-72 balance, while par-71 Olympos has six par threes and five par fives. The latter therefore creates more frequent changes in scoring rhythm.

Are swim-up rooms suitable for every family?

Not automatically. Layout, shared-pool access, privacy and child safety should be reviewed. SirGolf checks the exact category rather than relying on the swim-up label.

Beyond the room

How the resort feels between rounds.

The right hotel is more than a bed beside a golf course. These are the details that shape the hours before the first tee and after the final putt.

03

C'espace Spa

C'espace Spa brings together treatments, thermal facilities, fitness and indoor water space. It provides a natural recovery point after the longer course days without moving outside the resort.

04

Several water settings across the seasons

The resort publishes indoor, outdoor, children's and heated pool options, including heated swim-up pools in selected winter operation. Exact temperatures and opening periods are verified for the stay.

SirGolf pairing intelligence

The courses that make this stay work.

Cullinan Belek becomes easier to evaluate when its golf access is explicit. These are the course relationships SirGolf would use first, selected for operational simplicity, player fit and the overall rhythm of the stay.

Integrated resort golf Short resort connection

Cullinan Links - Aspendos

Aspendos and the hotel share Cullinan's contemporary golf-resort landscape. Its conventional par-72 rhythm makes it the more legible home round for mixed groups and short resort stays.

Integrated resort golf Short resort connection

Cullinan Links - Olympos

Olympos gives Cullinan guests an unusual par-71 scorecard with repeated par-three and par-five decisions. The integrated setting lets the course feel distinctive without adding another transfer-heavy day.

The SirGolf fit

Where this hotel belongs in the week.

Specific, useful guidance for deciding whether this page belongs on the shortlist.

05

Flexible layouts beyond standard rooms

Family rooms, connected arrangements and villas support groups with different needs, while children's facilities give non-golf days their own structure. The best fit depends on ages, privacy and pool-access priorities.

06

Aspendos and Olympos

Cullinan Links provides two 18-hole routings across a 110-hectare site with elevated tees, lakes, pine trees and the Beşgöz River. The back-nine floodlighting can also create a day-to-night golf format.

Planning note

Heated pools, restaurants, children's programmes and night-golf routing are seasonal or operational. We confirm every date-sensitive element before the proposal.
